Archers Jersey Dairy Ice Cream

We are open all year round, in summer from10.00 am - 6.00pm. The permissive farm walk (two miles long) is open to patrons of the parlour.  In winter, we change our opening times when the clocks go back, and we open from 10.00 am – 5.00 pm, when you can eat ice cream beside the real log fire.

We serve the finest Italian coffee, using a roast of unusual strength, aroma and flavour selected by our proprietor, Sue Archer. We have sandwiches and a seasonal fresh soup always available. We also serve a range of teas, home made cakes, and our fresh fruit milk shakes with our own jersey milk and ice cream sundaes. Our Jersey milk is on sale too, for you to take home with you.  (It is also sold in Morrisons throughout the country as their own label Jersey milk.)

Our range of flavours is increasing all the time as we experiment. We try to keep flavours seasonal, introducing champagne rhubarb that was grown in the farm garden from seed, along with many fruits. Other fruit is sourced when available from a local pick your own farm F.W. Elgey at Piercebridge.

Please note that we do not have the facilities to accept credit or debit cards.
