Archers Jersey Milk

Archers Jersey milk is local luxury milk, produced exclusively at New Moor Farm, by the pedigree Newmoor herd of Jersey cows. The herd is made up of 350 adult cows which produce 1500000 litres of rich jersey milk in a year.

Testing

Our milk is tested weekly at the National Milk Laboratories.

The milk is transported carefully down the lane, one and a half miles to Acorn Dairy where it is processed and bottled in the state of the art dairy, before being transported to the retailer.
